Last week, I have started to work in a bakery in a kitchen hand position. There is a lot of interesting equipment and there are many interesting materials. I am enjoying working there very much, even though I need to wake up early in the morning to go to the workplace. The chef is a nice person and he taught me many technical skills.
After I worked in the bakery for a week, I started to get more understanding of what I have learnt the theory of from school. The theory and the practical are different things. Sometimes I learnt more and easily remember when I made a mistake.
Now, I can know what my weakness in the kitchen is. Firstly, I am not familiar with the materials. Secondly, I am not good at remembering the work steps and the processes.

oh, u have already finished your study and started to your new work? Great! Hope u enjoy in it! Add oil. You have to make some cakes for me to taste when u are back to HK. :)
i havent finished the study yet, but i need to get some work hours b4 grad...
